Jeff Lauritsen has been with Tazian since 1996 and continues to oversee various maintenance issues.  In 2003 he was nominated Maintenance Supervisor of the Year.  Also in 2003 he received his C.F.C. Certification (EPA Certified Exam).  He has attended numberous hands-on continuing education courses provided by the Apartment Association of Fort Wayne.
